nandito na ako sa pinas! =D woohoo..
umalis kami yesterday ng bahay around 8:40am para pumunta sa Abu Dhabi International Airport. sinamahan ako ng dade mag-check in then iniwanan na niya ako sa immigration =D saya! nakaka-excite mag-travel ng mag-isa! habang naghihintay ng plane, may nakatabi ako. i think hes around 30-something. at first i thought he was nice because he wanted to share a conversation. pero nung nagtagal, ang wierd niya! inaasar ako! kainis siya.. nilayuan ko nga! about 11:30, pumasok na ako ng plane. ayun.. maganda na yung plane ngayon. its somewhat similar to Emirates.. my own tv ka na sa harapan mo. masaya siya! i kept on switching channels. napanood ko yung Must Love Dogs, Dead Calm, and a few cartoons. i was so pre-occupied watching these movies that i didnt realize i had ice cream all over my shirt! =D i hate airplane food talaga! i ate pasta. ok na sana siya, but i swear ang asim ng tomato sauce. by that time i felt like puking kaya di na ako kumain for the next course. after 8+ hours, i arrived NAIA. nung luminya na ako sa immigration, i met a very nice guy from london. actually pinoy siya.. nagtratrabaho lang daw siya sa london. ayun.. chit-chat lang kami. then nung kukunin ko na yung mga luggage ko doon sa umiikot na thinggy (dont know whats that called), he walked right next to me and helped me carry my luggage. after that, umalis na siya kasi kailangan daw niya magpapalit ng pera. lalala.. tapos yun.. dinaanan ko na naman yung place na pababa.. i just dont know kung bakit ganon yung style na ginawa nila sa airport! ang hirap i-control yung trolley. buti nalang yung guy doon tinulungan ako. there.. tapos kinaon na ako papunta sa place ng ate ko!
when i arrived, inayos namin yung gamit ko at syempre.. kumain! =D i ate siomai kaso kulang pa siya.. kaya kumain din ako ng baliwag chicken (i dont know kung familiar kayo doon o hinde). watched tv and slept late! kanina naman, we went to SM San Lazaro. near lang kasi sa place namin. nag-window shopping kami.. kasi ate jane was looking for a bolero that would look good together with the blouse i bought. nagutom ako (hehe) kaya we stopped by Coffee Dream and had a frap. nakita rin namin si ETHEL BOOBA! may show siya doon e. ayun.. nakakaaliw! kailangan pa namin sumingit so we could get a good view of her. hehe la lang! window shopping ulit, tapos sinamahan namin yung mga tita namin para mag-grocery. tapos nag-order kami ng jollibee. na-miss ko na talaga yun! i ate palabok and CHICKENJOY! whee.. and now im updating while watching Pinoy Big Brother uplate.
ok, i still have to do a lot of stuff! kailangan ko pa kunin yung address ng mga schools kasi pupunta na kami sa mga universities bukas. and i have to wake up early pa %-( aalis nako! bye!
ive got a tagboard! actually di ko type maglagay ng tagboard sa site ko, pero nilagay ko nalang for a change! tsaka para malipas narin yung oras!
anyway, PUNTA NA AKO NG PINAS TOMORROW! excited nako kasi ill be travelling on my own. weehee! =D my flight is 11am and will be arriving in the philippines 12pm. so.. thats 4am in the philippines. saya no? hehe =D
the ministry-thinggy still bugs me. what if di nga ako makapasa sa exam at di ko makuha certificate ko? ano pa kaya ang use ng pag-uwi ko ng pinas? ayy kaasar.

new layout na naman =D nakakaaliw magpalit ng layout!
yesterday, nagkaroon kami ng short program sa school. actually, project namin yun sa physics at values. its about making clothes by the use of recycling! nagsuot ako ng dress made out of the sarong na nakuha ko as souvenir from Malaysia Tourism 2 years ago. meron din akong bag made out of old denim pants. cute daw at creative! =D tapos meron din akong dangling earrings made out of buttons and a headband from cycling shorts! hay wala lang..
after school was our practice for the choir. di ko alam kung kailangan ko pa sumali kasi wala din naman ako dito for the upcoming practices kasi ill be leaving to take my entrance exams in philippines. pero siguro ill do it for my grades nalang! were practicing on the christmas song "O Little Town of Bethlehem". matatapos na namin siya! nung una, akala ko madali lang kumanta as a group.. yun pala, mahirap din! kasi kailangan tama yung notes, tama yung tono ng song. nakakapagod siya! after our practice pumunta kami nina bujoy at sadek sa al majar para kumain. kumain kami ng shawarma at ice cream =D sarap ng shawarma nila! *slurrp* sadek dropped us sa baba ng bahay namin. tapos hinintay namin ni bujoy ang mame at dade kasi pupunta kami sa marina mall. hayun.. so we went to marina mall. shopping ng konte tapos nag-grocery. we went home around 11:00pm.
pupunta nga pala ko ng pinas this sunday to take my entrance exams =D yay! kaso may problema. nagkaroon kasi ng exam from the ministry of education na kailangan daw i-take ng grades 10, 11 and 12. this december na yung exam which means 0 na ako doon. the exam is written in arabic. no translations, no copying, no speaking in english daw! OA! :-@ eto pa ha.. pag nag-fail ka sa exam, the ministry wont give you a certificate na graduate ka na in a certain school! you have to retain in the same grade level and take the exam again. pag fail ka ulit, retain parin in the same grade level. diba unfair! what if sa katulad namin na wala talagang ka-alam alam sa arabic? ya we know how to read and understand a little bit of arabic, pero as a sentence, wala na! ok lang siguro kung gagawin nila yun sa mga local o public schools, or sa mga students na nagbabalak mag-college dito sa UAE. pero hindi e, lahat daw ng schools! diba parang ang babaw? instead of nagcoconcentrate kami sa pag-aral for the entrance exams, lahat ng oras namin napupunta sa arabic! wala din naman pakialam ang mga university sa philippines kung nakapasa ka sa arabic o hindi e. kaya what for pa yun? nakakaasar. dalawa yung exams. isa is this december at yung isa is by the end of the school year. kaya i have to be sure na mapapasahan ko yung sa next year para makuha ko certificate ko. kung hindi.. ewan ko lang. siguro uuwi parin ako ng pinas! pakialam ko ba sa arabic (hehe.. taray!)
new layout! nagsawa na kasi ako doon sa isa =D nakita ko lang ito sa blogskins e. i have to learn how to make my own layouts next time. topic namin sa computer ay FrontPage. kaya yun.. at least may natututunan din ako when it comes to web designing.

i just came home from the party. the party is ok.. i think. nagkaroon kasi ng problema because naubusan na kami ng oras. so yung ibang kids na nahuli di yata nakapag-enjoy kasi minadali na sila. hanggang 10 lang kasi kami. CIDs and policemen came and we thought di na matutuloy yung party. pero natuloy parin naman, kasi may permit kami sa ministry. kaya yun. siguro yung mga neighbors ang tumawag sa kanila. ang lakas kasi ng patugtog namin e *_* hay nakakapagod promise! we had a haunted mansion-thinggy in school (ever since ganun na talaga yung ginagawa tuwing halloween.. our school looks haunted kasi =D) i was one of those people who had to shout and throw stuff just to scare away people. pero parang di effective kasi di ako serious.. natatawa ako e! i think it would be much better kung ikaw yung tinatakot instead na ikaw ang manakot sa kanila. parang wala kasing thrill. wala na ako ma-say.. pagod na kasi ako! ok, have to look for a new layout now! :-*
stress is finally over! tapos na yung 1st periodical exams namin. yay! =D
i havent been updating that much now. busy kasi sa school (academics & extra-curricular activities)! last tuesday, we had our auditions for the school glee club. sumali ako kasi i think it's kakaiba.. wala pa kasing nagkaroon ng choir sa 3 filipino schools. i wont be able to attend the performance this december, kasi ill be going to philippines to take my college entrance exams! *excited* hayun.. anyway nasa soprano nga pala ako! hahaha!
tapos this sunday (is it sunday? basta this coming week) were going to have our tryouts for volleyball, basketball and badminton. im not sure kung magtra-tryout pa ako kasi i suck in playing volleyball! i mean i can play a little.. pero di ko na kaya pag nasa official game na. di ko alam.. kinakabahan ako e! :-@ and im not really the sporty type of person. im not into exercising and working out.. i find it tiring lang kasi! id rather sit down and watch them play. hehe :-) lazy, lazy, lazy..
by 6:00pm, i have to be in school kasi were going to have our halloween party! i know its too late to be celebrating for halloween pero ngayon lang kasi yung date na available. hindi pwede bukas kasi may outing yung mga teachers. sa friday di pwede magtagal yung party kasi may klase the next day. kaya ngayon lang talaga. alis nako kasi kailangan ko pa magayos para sa party! babay na!
i just reached home from school. we had our acquaintance party in which the induction of officers took place. alfred and i were the hosts of the program. i never knew being an emcee was hard.. not until now! >:-) we had our shares of mistakes while emcee-ing but i guess it turned out successful! gah tiring.
the grade 10 students did a dance number for the song "I Believe" by Yolanda Adams. earl, roy, uvelle and i were supposed to play "Hinahanap Hanap Kita" by Rivermaya but i think it was getting late so the parents have to cancel it out. sayang! i was really excited pa naman in playing cause it would be my first time. may next time pa naman e! whee.. wala lang.
